             Our approach is not to just submit disputes, but to aggressively assert your legal consumer rights. Operating in a straightforward legal manner is just simply more effective. The law requires you sign a contract and receive certain disclosures from us, and we insist on these.  And you may cancel our contract at any time.

             We only require payment after we have delivered the services you have contracted for.
